Communicable Disease Surveillance (CDS) is a single-user Windows application that allows public health doctors such as Consultants in Communicable Disease Control to record and track communicable disease cases. It allows full details of particular cases to be entered and then retrieved as required, in whatever manner or combination is needed.

Dicm Explore tool allows seaching and viewing of dicom attributes and anonymizing of dicom datasets (Digital Imaging and COmmunications in Medicine files). Dicm explore does not display image data.

MRIcro allows Windows and Linux computers to view medical images. It is a standalone program, but includes tools to complement SPM (software that allows neuroimagers to analyse MRI, fMRI and PET images). MRIcro allows efficient viewing and exporting of brain images. In addition, it allows neuropsychologists to identify regions of interest (ROIs, e.g. lesions). MRIcro can create "Analyze" format headers for exporting brain images to other platforms.
