WindowSwitcher is an application that allows you to quickly switch between all open documents, workbooks, and/or presentations using the Windows TaskBar and Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint. If WindowSwitcher is enabled, and you have more than one document, workbook, or presentation open, the non-active windows will be displayed as buttons on your TaskBar. Instead of having to go to the appropriate Office application's Window menu in order to switch over to one of the other non-active (but open) windows, you can simply click the window's button on the TaskBar (or hit Alt+Tab) and WindowSwitcher will automatically activate that window.
WindowSwitcher will track up to 10 windows in each of the Microsoft Office applications by displaying the non-active windows in the TaskBar using the window's caption and appropriate Word, Excel, or PowerPoint icon. If the window's caption is too large to display on the TaskBar button, simply hold your mouse pointer over the button and a tooltip will display the full window caption.

The Presentation Launcher is a free utility designed to automatically start your PowerPoint presentations using autorun. It works by recursively searching for all Microsoft PowerPoint presentations on the drive it's located on. This means your presentation doesn't have to be in the same directory as the utility. It also means you only have to deploy a single copy per CD/DVD/thumb-drive. The Presentation Launcher will seamlessly launch your presentation using either Microsoft PowerPoint or Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer, without even visibly loading the program. Your presentation will appear more professional and at the same time become easier to locate and deliver.
