Checkersland allows you to play 18 kinds of checkers including Laska, Towers, Russian, Brazilian, Diagonal, Give-away, Pool and more. Supported features include eight levels of difficulty playing against the computer, skins, save game and diagram of the board, undo moves and more. Requires Sun Java version 1.4 or higher.

Unlimited Checkers is a Checkers Game written in Java that searches for moves using NegaScout Searching (a variation of the AlphaBeta Algorithm). The Game contains two game types, Regular and Unlimited. The games are very much the same except that in the Regular game pieces can't move beyond the board borders. In the Unlimited game there are no borders so the pieces can jump beyond the board to the opposite side.

CheckerBoard is a very powerful checkers program, playing on grandmaster level. It plays the English/American version, that is on a 8x8 board and with kings moving only one square. It has twelve different levels of playing strength and multiple computer opponents. You can save, load and search games in databases. A database with 3000 games is included, as well as a checkers tutorial by the English checkers grandmaster Richard Pask.
