WikiTalk TL is a program for Wikipedia users to make Wikipedia searches and to have the search results read aloud using MS Agent technology. WikiTalk Features a Talking head that can speak several different languages and is designed to allow persons with limited sight to use it easily. Other features include: Text to wav; Text to MP3; Controls Internet Explorer and Acts as Wikipedia navigator and shows the found page in IE. WikiTalk TL needs an Internet connection to work, has been tested with IE6 and XP (should run on other versions of Windows) and is free for non-commercial use.
