Program Text Editor is a special small editor to change text strings (ANSI and Wide char) within program and other binary files. You can search for a text or just navigate with Start, End, Next and Back buttons - this program will show only the text strings. The program will never corrupt a binary file.

FB is a binary file viewer, editor, and manipulator. Bytes are shown as hex, binary, decimal, or octal and/or chars. Overwrite a file or dump, edit with any text editor, then translate with fb back into a binary file. fb can also split, merge, and compare files.
