| JeDitor
3.2.2 |
J Editor is probably the most
comprehensive programmers editor, with focus on W3 and Java. Syntax
h.l.g for the most programming languages. Automated plugin facility
for around 14 MB's of useful Plugins. Needs SUN java RT that can
be downloaded at Sun's java site. In short, a really great program,
out performing many (if not the most)commercial IDE's. |
| ScriptPad |
ScriptPad is a replacement for
Notepad for use with scripting. You can use it to create Windows
98 Scripts (WSH) or scripts for web pages. If you're wondering
why you shouldn't just stick with Notepad, then you obviously
haven't ever tried to indent a dozen or more lines of code before.
ScriptPad brings many of the conveniences of a dedicated editor
like Visual Basic or InterDev to you, with much less hassle, including
many special tabbing options, and an integrated run command. If
you write scripts for WSH or web pages in notepad, give ScriptPad
a try! |
