NTDevices is a driver/device
object explorer utility that provides a window on an area of the
system that normally remains hidden from view, your system's drivers
and their associated devices. The index in NTDevices can be configured
to display entries by - process, driver, classification, device
name, attached devices, symbolic link values, or driver name.
If you wish to examine the device chain for a particular driver,
the operation becomes a simple matter of successively opening
device detail windows until the last device in the chain is displayed.
There is a "Create Profile" menu item that will walk
every driver currently loaded on the system and collect the devices
that are linked with the drivers. If you need to create a snapshot
of a system before and after the installation of a product (which
is known to add drivers), this is a convenient mechanism for capturing
the driver picture. |
Let's face it, finding the right
device driver can be a tedious, time consuming, often impossible
task! The Driver Guide was created to make finding driver updates
a whole lot easier. With the help of thousands of our members,
we have compiled a database of driver resources that is by far
the most comprehensive on the web. Because this website offers
extensive user participation, registration is required. Membership
is absolutely FREE! We do ask that you complete a short survey. |
